Fortis Tugs Corporation (FTC), incorporated on April 8, 2013, is engaged in the towage and salvage of marine vessels and other crafts including cargoes upon seas, lakes, rivers, bays, harbors, and other waterways between the various ports of the Philippines. DGMSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of FTC, operates, conducts, and provides tug and other marine services to all vessels, foreign or coastwise that dock and undock in the District Port of Davao and all other ports in the Philippines.
